We recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Hammamet and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a great location, with a private area right on the beach. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, which had a stunning view. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and they were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were impressed by the amenities in our room, including air conditioning, a comfortable sitting area, and an in-room safe. The hotel also provided free toiletries and a television with plenty of channels. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area available. We also appreciated the leisure facilities, including a swimming pool and an exercise gym. our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable and we would highly recommend it to others.

Good location, spacious room (they upgraded us to a suite), nice onset restaurant.
The breakfast was good (for Tunisia standards) however there wasn't enough staff so it meant that there were often no plates or knifes and forks, and some of the baskets were not refilled.

Stunning views and great service!
Just spent a weekend at this hotel and I loved it. The views are stunning, and the service is great. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the beach, and the staff are very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from.
The party on Saturday night was quite noisy, and kept me up for a while. , the rooms are a bit outdated, but they are clean and comfortable.

Right on Hammamet beach. That's it. The reception staff were unhelpful and tried to extort money from us at every opportunity. The
The reception staff were unhelpful and tried to extort money from us at every opportunity. The hotel is essentially a 5 star international resort in ruins. It ios perfectly located but has been neglected horribly. From the semen stained sheets (not joking) to the poor quality of staff, poorly maintained facilities, "masseuse" who didnt have a clue (I think he was the pool boy the week before). Do yourself a favour and dont stay here.

Central location opposite the tourist information office, in a mostly residential area of Hammamet town, close to the beach bar and transport links. Friendly staff provided a warm welcome, smiling and devoted.
Nothing, all great.

Located in the heart of town, this hotel offers easy access to local attractions and amenities. Guests can enjoy breakfast in the Gelimer restaurant below the sun terrace and relax on the private beach. Rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the helpful staff is always available to assist guests and provide excellent service.
One aspect of the hotel needs improvement, but it was not mentioned specifically.

Great customer service and convenient location. the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my entire stay. the location was perfect for my business trip, as it was within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. the hotel provided a reliable airport shuttle service.
Outdated facilities and lackluster food options. Although the hotel had an interesting historical charm, it was clear that it had not been updated in quite some time.
